Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms had a lot of air freshener products but were very typical of the style and quirky. The service was exceptional despite some dead flies left by the windows. The location was perfect, within walking distance of most of Nancy's places of interest, and the dining experience was good with fresh baking and fruit available daily. The facilities were convenient, and I enjoyed exploring the charming stores and museums nearby.
My stay at the hotel was really comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are very nice and include a new bathroom, although being close to a busy road made it noisy at night. Being on the second floor was inconvenient with a baby, and the small bathroom was a drawback.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable, but lacked space for four people and had a mixed smell of smoke and air freshener. The service was exceptional, with very helpful and sweet staff members. The location is perfect for exploring the city, nestled in an 18th-century mansion near Place Stanislas. The dining experience was average in terms of food quality and service speed.
The hotel had Paris-size rooms, which was fine for me as the bathroom was spacious and the grand staircase was grand too. The rooms were very clean and tidy, although it did get quite hot inside despite the weather not being very warm. I loved the nice plafond à la française. The service was very friendly and helpful, with a welcoming atmosphere, although there was a misunderstanding about the breakfast I had already paid for. The location was great, within a short walk of the main attractions but tucked away on a quiet side street in the old part of Nancy near the tourist hub of Square Stanislas, offering lots of character and pretty details typical of the regional architecture. The dining experience was a bit unusual in its organization, but understandable due to the ratio of tables to guests. The food was very good with fresh baking, daily fruit, and a plentiful, mostly vegetarian selection instead of a buffet, including tasty salads.
